Digital Products Return Policy
All programs, coaching packages, and courses are digital products and are non-refundable under all circumstances. No exchanges or returns are permitted. These terms are accepted at checkout. The term “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the product or Company, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
Payment Plan Policy
By selecting a payment plan option at checkout, You agree to pay all installments in full for the duration of the payment plan selected. Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled once initiated. You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of program participation, usage, or completion. Failure to complete payment plan obligations constitutes a breach of these Terms. Company reserves the right to revoke access to programs, materials, or services until all outstanding balances are paid in full. You authorize Company to charge the payment method on file for all scheduled installments. If a payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or other issues, You are responsible for updating Your payment information promptly to avoid penalties or access interruption. If an account becomes more than thirty (30) days past due, Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, including engaging a third-party debt recovery service or legal counsel to recover outstanding balances, including any associated costs and fees permitted by law.
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Company may offer monthly or annual subscription-based programs. Unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the renewal date, Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Payment & Access Revocation
If payments remain unpaid, Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any previously purchased programs until payment obligations are satisfied.
Communications
Any communications submitted through online comments, online messages, contact forms, newsletters, emails, or other communication channels are not confidential or privileged.
