And for those 30 days, I will be your fitness & mindset guide.
I will tell you exactly which workouts to do each day, how to begin creating a structure of eating that supports your body (no tracking macros!), and I'll provide mindset trainings to implement along the way.
...this way you can learn how to get closer to your goals, confidently live your life, and have FUN again!
HINT: Being fit will just be a natural side effect :)

I'm Kristie Barker (@kristie_ione), and I have been helping women transform their lives—and my own—for over a decade.
"Confidence has no competition" is my mantra (it's also the first tattoo I ever got).
To me, it means that when you are truly confident, you no longer need anything outside of yourself to validate whether you're winning in life.
For years, I found my confidence through fitness—and in many ways, I still do.
But my confidence is no longer grounded in 'how good I look'...it's anchored in how good I feel.
And that is what I want to teach you :).
A new way of being fit and confident, grounded in two principles:

When you have both of these...life, results, joy, work, relationships, abundance...it all becomes so natural and easy.
